Real Seafood is currently seeking Hosts or Hostesses for front of house positions. This is a part-time role, ideally suited for individuals who can work weekends along with one or two days during the week. Job Requirements
- Availability to work weekends and at least one or two weekdays
- Willingness to undergo training
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Legal authorization to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively and courteously
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt to restaurant standards
- Basic knowledge of reservation management systems is beneficial
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and courteous manner
- Manage reservations and maintain seating charts
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure guests feel welcomed
- Handle guest inquiries and requests professionally
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host area
- Coordinate with the serving staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Support the restaurant team during peak hours as needed
