Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
  • availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • strong customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

  • prior experience as a host in upscale or fine dining setting preferred

Job Duties

  • greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously
  • manage the reservation system efficiently
  • coordinate seating arrangements to optimize dining room flow
  • communicate effectively with other front-of-house and back-of-house staff
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
  • handle guest inquiries and resolve seating issues professionally
  • assist with managing waitlists and providing accurate wait time estimates
