Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in upscale or fine dining hosting preferred
- excellent communication skills
- ability to multitask and work under pressure
- availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to stand for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- Prior upscale or fine dining host experience preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
- team player with a positive attitude
- knowledge of reservation and seating management systems is a plus
- commitment to maintaining a respectful and inclusive work environment
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival
- manage waitlists and seating arrangements efficiently
- assist guests with special requests and accommodations
- communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area
- provide guests with information about menu items and restaurant policies
- handle guest complaints and feedback with professionalism and courtesy
