Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in upscale or fine dining hosting preferred
excellent communication skills
ability to multitask and work under pressure
availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
strong customer service orientation
ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

Prior upscale or fine dining host experience preferred
strong interpersonal and communication skills
ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
team player with a positive attitude
knowledge of reservation and seating management systems is a plus
commitment to maintaining a respectful and inclusive work environment

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival
manage waitlists and seating arrangements efficiently
assist guests with special requests and accommodations
communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area
provide guests with information about menu items and restaurant policies
handle guest complaints and feedback with professionalism and courtesy
