Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in upscale or fine dining hosting preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • strong customer service orientation
  • ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • Prior upscale or fine dining host experience preferred
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
  • genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
  • team player with a positive attitude
  • knowledge of reservation and seating management systems is a plus
  • commitment to maintaining a respectful and inclusive work environment

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival
  • manage waitlists and seating arrangements efficiently
  • assist guests with special requests and accommodations
  • communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area
  • provide guests with information about menu items and restaurant policies
  • handle guest complaints and feedback with professionalism and courtesy
