The Host / Hostess is the first point of contact for guests entering the dining outlets, playing a key role in delivering memorable experiences through warm greetings, efficient seating, and attentiveness to guest needs. The role involves managing seating charts to maintain smooth flow and monitoring dining activity to ensure guests enjoy seamless service. Hosts / Hostesses also respond promptly to inquiries and special requests, contributing to standout service standards. Operational responsibilities include opening and closing duties and assisting with service preparation, such as stocking and folding silverware.
