Puttshack offers an upscale, tech-infused mini golf experience designed to appeal to a broad audience. Unlike traditional indoor mini golf venues, Puttshack incorporates groundbreaking technology to enhance the gameplay, creating an engaging, dynamic environment for guests of all ages. In addition to the immersive golfing experience, the company serves world-class food and a full bar, all within a stylish and modern setting. As part of an exciting growth trajectory, Puttshack is seeking enthusiastic hospitality professionals to join their team as Reception Associates. This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals who are passionate about customer service and want to contribute to crafting an unparalleled guest experience. The Reception Associate serves as the first point of contact for guests, welcoming them warmly and guiding them seamlessly through every aspect of their visit. Responsibilities include checking in reservations, assisting guests with indoor navigation, managing seating arrangements for dining, and supporting guests in engaging with the venue’s innovative technology. This role requires a friendly, positive, and energetic personality that thrives in a fast-paced and vibrant atmosphere. Puttshack’s team values flexibility, as the venue operates typically from 11 am to 1 am seven days a week, with variable schedules ranging between 15 and 30 hours per week depending on business needs and individual availability. Job Requirements

  • Must be 18+ years of age
  • Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or related field
  • Ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
  • Ability to move and lift up to 10 pounds frequently and occasionally up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to work in crowded, noisy, and variable temperature environments
  • Good communication skills
  • Friendly and positive attitude

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 18+ years of age
  • Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or related field
  • High standards of guest service
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to problem-solve
  • Friendly and upbeat demeanor when interacting with guests and team members
  • Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with positive energy and enthusiasm
  • Assist guests with checking in reservations and gameplay at kiosks
  • Guide guests to seating areas and deliver menus
  • Assist with general cleanliness of reception, cloakroom, and guest service areas
  • Manage guest belongings in the cloakroom
  • Address guest questions and resolve issues with a friendly demeanor
  • Comply with all safety, sanitation, and company guidelines
