As part of an exciting growth trajectory, Puttshack is seeking enthusiastic hospitality professionals to join their team as Reception Associates. This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals who are passionate about customer service and want to contribute to crafting an unparalleled guest experience. The Reception Associate serves as the first point of contact for guests, welcoming them warmly and guiding them seamlessly through every aspect of their visit. Responsibilities include checking in reservations, assisting guests with indoor navigation, managing seating arrangements for dining, and supporting guests in engaging with the venue’s innovative technology. This role requires a friendly, positive, and energetic personality that thrives in a fast-paced and vibrant atmosphere. Puttshack’s team values flexibility, as the venue operates typically from 11 am to 1 am seven days a week, with variable schedules ranging between 15 and 30 hours per week depending on business needs and individual availability.
