Job Requirements
- Must be 18+ years of age
- Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or related field
- Ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
- Ability to move and lift up to 10 pounds frequently and occasionally up to 30 pounds
- Ability to work in crowded, noisy, and variable temperature environments
- Good communication skills
- Friendly and positive attitude

- Must be 18+ years of age
- Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or related field
- High standards of guest service
- Good communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve
- Friendly and upbeat demeanor when interacting with guests and team members
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
Job Duties
- Greet guests with positive energy and enthusiasm
- Assist guests with checking in reservations and gameplay at kiosks
- Guide guests to seating areas and deliver menus
- Assist with general cleanliness of reception, cloakroom, and guest service areas
- Manage guest belongings in the cloakroom
- Address guest questions and resolve issues with a friendly demeanor
- Comply with all safety, sanitation, and company guidelines
