Levy operates Queenie's Supper Club within the United Center and is currently seeking a part-time Host to join their vibrant team. This position offers open availability and requires the candidate to be present for all United Center events, which include nights, weekends, and event days. The Host plays a vital role as the first and last point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm and professional welcome while managing reservations and providing seamless seating arrangements. As a Host at Queenie's Supper Club, you will be responsible for greeting and seating guests with courtesy, operating the reservation and table management system, and maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of floor plans, server sections, and daily specials. The Host also accommodates special guest requests, communicates feedback effectively to management, and supports the service team by assisting in maintaining cleanliness and order within the dining area. This position requires strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and the capacity to work efficiently with others. Physical stamina is important as the role necessitates standing or walking for extended periods and the ability to lift moderate weight items up to 25 lbs. Candidates must adhere to Levy's Responsible Alcohol Service policies and demonstrate comfort in navigating POS and reservation systems while following venue guidelines.
