Employment with this esteemed property is unionized under Local 25, which means flexible scheduling based on seniority and business needs, with hours varying week to week and a commitment to full availability. The position of Host/Hostess on the Peacock Alley Team is a pivotal role within the hotel’s restaurant services, responsible for setting the tone of every guest interaction.
