Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- must pass a criminal background check
- demonstrate ability to build and maintain positive working relationships at all levels across the company
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- strong communication and presentation skills
- proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- may require team members to vaccinate, participate in daily screening, surveillance testing, and to wear face coverings and other personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent the spread of COVID-19 or other communicable diseases, per regulatory guidelines

Job Duties
- Greet and seat residents and guests in a professional, courteous manner
- monitor seating flow, dining room services and food availability on an ongoing basis to ensure prompt and courteous dining service
- manage reservations
- handle all foods in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and compliance with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food service
- perform and assist with pouring/providing beverages and other service and bussing functions as necessary
- provide exceptional customer service
- assist with various restaurant staff when necessary
