We are currently seeking a friendly, outgoing Host or Hostess to join our dynamic team. This role entails greeting guests warmly as they arrive, engaging them in pleasant conversation, and maintaining a cheerful and approachable demeanor throughout their visit. The ideal candidate is someone who naturally enjoys interacting with people, remembers guest names, and genuinely loves the restaurant industry. As a Host or Hostess, you will be the face of the restaurant, setting the tone for the guest experience and ensuring every visitor feels welcomed from the moment they walk in. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be friendly and great with guests
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Strong guest and customer service skills
  • Friendly and people skills required
  • Ability to utilize restaurant POS software
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to use restaurant POS software
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills
  • Friendly and approachable personality
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with a friendly smile and welcoming attitude
  • Engage guests in conversation and learn their names
  • Manage guest seating and waitlists using POS software
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host station
  • Coordinate with serving staff to manage table turnover efficiently
  • Assist guests with special requests or accommodations
  • Support overall restaurant operations during busy hours
