We are currently seeking a friendly, outgoing hostess to join our team. This role requires an individual who thrives in a busy restaurant environment and possesses excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate genuinely enjoys meeting new people and is eager to learn guests’ names and preferences to enhance their dining experience. As a hostess, you will be the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone with a warm smile and attentive service. This position demands a high level of energy, the ability to stand for extended periods, and familiarity with restaurant POS systems. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Must be able to work on feet for hours
  • Strong guest and customer service skills
  • Friendly and people skills required
  • Ability to use restaurant POS software
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with a friendly smile and positive attitude
  • Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
  • Utilize restaurant POS software to assist in seating and communication
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the host station and waiting areas
  • Assist in managing waitlists and inform guests about waiting times
  • Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth operation during shifts
  • Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns promptly
