Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have friendly and great guest interaction skills
- Must be able to work on feet for hours
- Strong guest and customer service skills
- Friendly and people skills required
- Ability to use restaurant POS software
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a friendly smile and positive attitude
- Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Utilize restaurant POS software to assist in seating and communication
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the host station and waiting areas
- Assist in managing waitlists and inform guests about waiting times
- Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth operation during shifts
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns promptly
