Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be friendly and great with guests
- Must be able to work on feet for hours at a time
- Strong guest and customer service skills
- Friendly and people skills required
- Ability to utilize a restaurant POS software platform
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to use POS software platforms
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and with a friendly smile
- Engage guests in small talk and learn their names
- Manage guest seating and waitlists using POS software
- Maintain a clean and organized host station
- Assist in managing guest wait times and accommodate special requests
- Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth guest flow
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly
