Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Friendly and great with guests
- Ability to work on feet for hours at a time
- Strong guest and customer service skills
- Friendly and excellent people skills
- Ability to utilize restaurant POS software platform
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Proficiency in using POS systems or willingness to learn
- Energetic and outgoing personality
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Greet guests with a friendly smile and welcoming attitude
- Engage guests in small talk and remember their names
- Manage guest seating arrangements and coordinate with serving staff
- Utilize restaurant POS software to assist with guest management
- Maintain a clean and organized front entrance area
- Work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Assist in ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their experience
