Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in hospitality or customer service
strong communication skills
ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
basic computer skills for reservation management
positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset

Job Duties

handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate issues when necessary
assist with opening and closing duties of the front-of-house area
