Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and assist with seating
- manage the reservation system efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand
- coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of service
- answer guest inquiries courteously and provide information about the menu and specials
- handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate issues when necessary
- assist with opening and closing duties of the front-of-house area
