Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • demonstrate ability to build and maintain positive working relationships at all levels across the company
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • highly motivated and able to work independently or collaboratively depending upon circumstances
  • strong communication and presentation skills
  • proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • must pass a criminal background check
  • may require team members to vaccinate, participate in daily screening, surveillance testing, and to wear face coverings and other personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent the spread of communicable diseases

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat residents and guests in a professional, courteous manner
  • monitor seating flow, dining room services and food availability on an ongoing basis to ensure prompt and courteous dining service
  • manage reservations
  • handle all foods in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and compliance with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food service
  • perform and assist with pouring/providing beverages and other service and bussing functions as necessary
  • provide exceptional customer service
  • assist with various restaurant staff when necessary
