Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests promptly upon arrival
- Manage guest seating and reservations efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized host station
- Provide guests with accurate wait time information
- Communicate guest needs and seating arrangements to the service staff
- Uphold a friendly and accommodating attitude aligned with company values
- Assist in managing the flow of the dining room to ensure optimal guest experience
