Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests promptly upon arrival
  • Manage guest seating and reservations efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized host station
  • Provide guests with accurate wait time information
  • Communicate guest needs and seating arrangements to the service staff
  • Uphold a friendly and accommodating attitude aligned with company values
  • Assist in managing the flow of the dining room to ensure optimal guest experience
