As part of the broader Landry's, Inc. family, Cutters Crabhouse benefits from a legacy of excellence and a commitment to quality that spans across numerous hospitality and dining establishments. The restaurant emphasizes a welcoming atmosphere, where guests enjoy not only great seafood but also the friendly and attentive service that sets Cutters Crabhouse apart in the competitive Seattle dining scene. Employees at Cutters Crabhouse are valued as integral members of the team, with a focus on fostering a positive and respectful workplace that celebrates diversity and encourages professional growth and development within the hospitality industry.

The Host role at Cutters Crabhouse is more than just an entry-level job; it is an opportunity to be part of a winning team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences from the moment guests enter the restaurant. The host is crucial in setting the tone for guests' visits, providing a warm and accommodating welcome, managing the seating process efficiently, and ensuring smooth flow throughout the dining areas. This position offers structured training programs designed to cultivate skills and open pathways for career advancement within Landry's network, which is widely recognized for promoting from within and supporting employee growth. The Host position is hourly, with a posted salary range of $21.30 to $23.00 per hour, and it is a tipped role, meaning employees have the opportunity to earn additional income through guest gratuities.

Cutters Crabhouse values employees who embody their "Be FAIR" ideals: Be Friendly, Accommodating, Inclusive, and Respectful. This philosophy underpins the restaurant's team culture and guest relationship approach, ensuring every interaction is positive and welcoming. Applicants for the Host role should be enthusiastic team players with a genuine guest-first attitude and a passion for great food and fun. Prior experience in a restaurant setting is preferred but not mandatory, as comprehensive training and development programs are in place to support new team members. The work environment at Cutters Crabhouse is fast-paced and dynamic, ideal for individuals who thrive in energetic settings and enjoy interacting with diverse groups of people. Beyond the immediate role, employees benefit from flexible schedules and comprehensive health coverage options, including dental, vision, and disability insurance, making this position attractive for those seeking stability and growth in the hospitality sector.

Beyond individual benefits, Cutters Crabhouse and Landry's emphasize community involvement, offering opportunities to participate in volunteer programs through Landry’s League. This initiative reflects the company’s commitment to giving back and fostering a sense of community among its workforce. Overall, the Host position at Cutters Crabhouse represents an exciting opportunity for those looking to build a rewarding career in hospitality, surrounded by support, growth, and a company culture that prioritizes respect and inclusion.
