Currently, Thrive Restaurant Group is seeking a Host to join their team at Applebee's. This role is pivotal in delivering an outstanding guest experience by greeting and assisting guests warmly from the moment they arrive until they leave. The Host will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth flow of the restaurant’s operations through proactive guest engagement and thoughtful attention to their needs. The ideal candidate will be someone who is passionate about hospitality, eager to learn and grow within the restaurant business, and able to thrive in a fun and family-oriented environment. The role involves various responsibilities, including welcoming guests, accommodating special needs such as high chairs or booster seats, managing waitlists during busy periods, assisting servers as needed, and ensuring the dining area remains organized and clean.
