The Old Spaghetti Factory prides itself on fostering a friendly, positive, and inclusive work environment where teamwork and a true sense of belonging are emphasized among all team members. As a company rooted in tradition yet continuously evolving to meet guest expectations, it offers a welcoming atmosphere both to patrons and employees alike. The role of Host/Hostess at The Old Spaghetti Factory is integral to the overall dining experience, serving as the first point of contact for guests. This position requires a warm and approachable demeanor to greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable right from the start. Exceptional customer service skills, effective communication, and the ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment are crucial for this role. While previous restaurant experience is a plus, it is not mandatory, as the company provides paid training for new hires. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected, along with the physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform other tasks required during a shift. The position offers weekly pay, paid training, and benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) plans for eligible employees, and various employee assistance services. The Old Spaghetti Factory is committed to fair hiring practices and welcomes qualified applicants regardless of criminal history, adhering to local laws and regulations.
