This establishes Oneida Casino Hotel as a dynamic and exciting place for both gaming enthusiasts and professionals alike. The casino prides itself on upholding values of professionalism, accountability, respect, integrity, and sincerity, aiming to provide a friendly, safe, and fun gaming experience for all patrons. The mission is carried out by dedicated gaming professionals who ensure that every guest is treated with respect and receives top-notch service during their visit.

The role involves providing excellent customer service to guests, ensuring that each individual gaming experience is enjoyable and memorable. This opportunity is open initially to Oneida enrolled tribal members and offers a competitive hourly wage starting at $16.39, which is negotiable and supplemented by commission based on performance. Employees completing the probationary period successfully receive a wage increase as a recognition of their contributions. Additionally, shift differentials provide further financial incentives, with evening and weekend shifts offering additional pay ranging from $1.00 to $3.00 per hour depending on the time worked.
The job schedule offers flexibility with options between various shifts including Wednesday to Saturday, Tuesday to Saturday, and Wednesday to Sunday. Responsibilities include greeting guests warmly on the casino floor, addressing inquiries about the property, loyalty programs, and promotions, as well as building long-lasting relationships with guests to enhance loyalty and generate gaming revenue. The role also involves assisting with event hosting, tracking guest feedback, and coordinating with other departments to maintain a high standard of guest service. This position demands resiliency, professionalism, and excellent communication skills in a fast-paced, often noisy casino setting.
