Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a restaurant setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Positive attitude with excellent customer service orientation

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
- Escort guests to their tables and ensure seating comfort
- Communicate effectively with restaurant staff to coordinate service flow
- Address guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously
- Maintain a clean and organized host station
- Assist in managing guest wait times and provide accurate updates
