Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Strong organizational skills to manage seating and waitlists
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival
- Manage seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow
- Maintain the waiting list and update guests on expected wait times
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the menu and services
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host station and entrance area
- Support team members to enhance overall guest satisfaction
