Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality preferred
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
Positive attitude and team player mentality
Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

Welcoming guests and managing the seating arrangements efficiently
Maintaining a friendly and accommodating demeanor to enhance guest satisfaction
Coordinating with the restaurant staff to ensure smooth front-of-house operations
Handling guest inquiries and providing clear communication about wait times and seating availability
Supporting team members in creating a positive and inclusive work environment
Assisting in managing reservation systems and walk-ins
Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the host station and entrance area
