Job Duties

- Coordinating with the restaurant staff to ensure smooth front-of-house operations
- Handling guest inquiries and providing clear communication about wait times and seating availability
- Supporting team members in creating a positive and inclusive work environment
- Assisting in managing reservation systems and walk-ins
- Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the host station and entrance area
