Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

  • Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Welcoming guests and managing the seating arrangements efficiently
  • Maintaining a friendly and accommodating demeanor to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Coordinating with the restaurant staff to ensure smooth front-of-house operations
  • Handling guest inquiries and providing clear communication about wait times and seating availability
  • Supporting team members in creating a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Assisting in managing reservation systems and walk-ins
  • Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the host station and entrance area
