Job Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in customer service or hospitality industry
  • Proficiency in customer greetings and reservations
  • Ability to work scheduled shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Minimum of 3 years hosting experience in a customer-facing role

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements to ensure efficient front-of-house operations
  • Control door and regulate guest flow to maintain a pleasant dining environment
  • Prevent double bookings and seating conflicts
  • Lead and mentor host staff to enhance teamwork and service quality
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and waitstaff for coordinated service
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve seating-related issues promptly
