- Proficiency in customer greetings and reservations
- Ability to work scheduled shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to ensure efficient front-of-house operations
- Control door and regulate guest flow to maintain a pleasant dining environment
- Prevent double bookings and seating conflicts
- Lead and mentor host staff to enhance teamwork and service quality
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and waitstaff for coordinated service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve seating-related issues promptly
