Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
Job Qualifications

- Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Basic proficiency with reservation and seating software beneficial
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests promptly and warmly
- Manage guest seating and reservations efficiently
- Provide accurate wait time estimates and accommodate guest requests
- Maintain a clean and organized host station and entrance area
- Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to optimize guest service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints with professionalism
- Assist in coordinating the flow of guests during busy periods
