Now, Old Chicago is looking to expand its team by hiring Hosts and Hostesses who play a crucial role as the "first and last impression" for every guest entering and leaving the restaurant. As a Host or Hostess at Old Chicago, you become an essential part of the dining experience by welcoming guests warmly, guiding them to their tables promptly and safely, and ensuring their initial interactions set the tone for a memorable visit. Beyond greeting guests, your role includes managing conversations with guests in a friendly, professional manner whether over the phone or in person. This involves providing accurate wait times, assisting with directions to restrooms, taking reservations, processing to-go orders, and addressing any guest inquiries with genuine hospitality.
