Job Duties
- Greet every guest warmly and enthusiastically
- Set the tone for an unforgettable visit from the moment they arrive
- Maintain the welcoming, elevated, yet playful energy of the brand
- Oversee reservations and waitlists with precision
- Communicate clearly with managers and service staff to ensure smooth seating transitions
- Strategically manage guest flow during high-volume periods
- Assist guests with questions, recommendations, and accommodations
- Provide bar or lounge direction when appropriate
- Resolve guest concerns with composure and a solution-oriented mindset
