Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a customer service or restaurant role preferred
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival
  • Manage seating and waitlists efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
  • Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth guest flow
  • Answer phone calls and assist with reservations
  • Provide accurate wait time estimates
  • Uphold company standards of friendliness and professionalism
