Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to use reservation systems like OpenTable
- Strong communication skills
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and weekdays
- Warm and genuine personality
- Ability to handle high-volume guest interactions
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Experience using reservation management software such as OpenTable
- Demonstrated passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and weekdays
Job Duties
- Welcome guests warmly and provide information about the company and brand
- Remain consistent and poised in a high-volume, professional atmosphere
- Use OpenTable to book and manage reservations
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure all reservation demands are met
- Adjust scheduling and workload based on guest flow and business needs
- Uphold the hospitality standards of LE MOO LLC at all times
- Assist in resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally
