Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • availability to work flexible schedules
  • strong teamwork orientation
  • positive attitude toward guests and colleagues

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival
  • manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the host area
  • communicate effectively with serving staff and management
  • assist in handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues
  • coordinate waitlist and inform guests about wait times
  • ensure a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all guests
