Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Previous service experience strongly preferred but not required
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong commitment to providing excellent guest experiences
- Willingness to undergo training and follow restaurant policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Basic knowledge of reservation and POS systems beneficial
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a team setting
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly as they enter the restaurant
- Manage waitlist and reservation systems effectively
- Escort guests to their assigned tables promptly
- Provide accurate information about menu items and specials
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host station
- Coordinate with serving team to ensure smooth dining flow
- Assist in managing guest satisfaction and handling inquiries
