In the role of Restaurant Host or Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for guests entering the establishment. Your responsibilities will include warmly greeting guests, managing waitlists and reservations, escorting guests to their tables, and ensuring that the dining area flows smoothly and efficiently. As part of the front-of-house team, you play a crucial role in delivering a lasting positive impression that aligns with Applebee's commitment to excellent service. The company provides training to prepare you for success in this position, and while previous service experience is preferred, it is not mandatory as they are willing to train motivated individuals.
