- ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Serve as the customer’s first impression in the restaurant
- greet all incoming customers with a smile and by opening the door
- warmly invite customers to find a table or to wait in the designated area
- manage the order of waiting customers to ensure prompt seating
- diligently thank customers as they leave and invite them to return
- stock and maintain the self-service coffee bar for waiting customers
- hand menus to waiting customers
- answer customers’ questions about the menu, food preparation, and wait times
