Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service or restaurant environment preferred
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in a restaurant or customer service setting is preferred

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests as they arrive and ensure they are seated promptly and comfortably
  • Manage waitlists and reservations efficiently to maximize seating capacity
  • Provide menus and communicate daily specials or promotions to guests
  • Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service
  • Maintain a clean and inviting host station and entrance area
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with a friendly and professional attitude
  • Assist in managing guest flow during busy periods to optimize customer satisfaction
