Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or restaurant environment preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Welcome guests as they arrive and ensure they are seated promptly and comfortably
- Manage waitlists and reservations efficiently to maximize seating capacity
- Provide menus and communicate daily specials or promotions to guests
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service
- Maintain a clean and inviting host station and entrance area
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with a friendly and professional attitude
- Assist in managing guest flow during busy periods to optimize customer satisfaction
