Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior restaurant or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
- Manage reservations and waitlists effectively
- Provide guests with menu information and assist with seating preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host area
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any seating-related issues promptly
- Uphold company standards related to customer service and hospitality
