Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous customer service or restaurant experience is a plus but not required
  • exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • ability to remain calm and composed in busy situations
  • a positive and friendly demeanor
  • flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to lift 40 pounds and stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests with a genuine smile and positive attitude
  • manage guest flow, take reservations, manage wait list, assign tables, ensure fair and efficient seating
  • maintain a clean and organized front-of-house and waiting area
  • assist in clearing dishes and cleaning tables
  • escort guests to their assigned tables, present menus, and assist with seating arrangements
  • engage with guests, anticipate needs, and respond promptly to inquiries or concerns
  • obtain knowledge of daily specials, menu items and restaurant promotions
  • maintain a professional, polished appearance adhering to company standards
