Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service or restaurant experience is a plus but not required
- exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- ability to remain calm and composed in busy situations
- a positive and friendly demeanor
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to lift 40 pounds and stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a genuine smile and positive attitude
- manage guest flow, take reservations, manage wait list, assign tables, ensure fair and efficient seating
- maintain a clean and organized front-of-house and waiting area
- assist in clearing dishes and cleaning tables
- escort guests to their assigned tables, present menus, and assist with seating arrangements
- engage with guests, anticipate needs, and respond promptly to inquiries or concerns
- obtain knowledge of daily specials, menu items and restaurant promotions
- maintain a professional, polished appearance adhering to company standards
