  • Collect payment and provide correct change while adhering to cash handling procedures
  • Handle guest complaints and suggestions by resolving issues or notifying the manager
  • Maintain cleanliness and stock in the hostess area including menus and to-go items
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and take to-go orders
  • Assist service personnel in clearing and setting tables
  • Provide beverage orders and refills to guests
  • Support other team members proactively as needed
