The Roosevelt New Orleans, an iconic Waldorf Astoria property, is a luxurious hotel known for its blend of Southern hospitality, world-class service, and rich historic surroundings. Located near the vibrant French Quarter, as well as other notable city attractions such as Jackson Square, Bourbon Street, and the Arts & Warehouse District, the hotel offers guests an immersive cultural experience in the heart of New Orleans. These include two renowned restaurants, a charming café, a seasonal rooftop bar with stunning views, and premium in-room dining options, all designed to deliver a sophisticated and memorable guest experience.

The Roosevelt is currently seeking a full-time Host/Hostess to join its Food & Beverage team. This role is perfect for an individual with an upbeat and outgoing personality who is passionate about hospitality and eager to develop a rewarding career in the hospitality and food service industry. As a Host/Hostess, the successful candidate will be the welcoming face of the hotel’s dining venues, responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth flow of service. Working at The Roosevelt offers the opportunity to be part of a team dedicated to excellence and commitment to Hilton’s core values, including hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a sense of urgency. The position not only provides an engaging environment for professional growth but also connects the team member with the rich heritage and spirited culture of one of New Orleans’ most prestigious hotels.

Joining The Roosevelt means benefiting from a comprehensive package that supports the well-being and advancement of its team members. Employees receive access to medical, vision, and dental insurance plans; flexible spending accounts; a 401(k) retirement plan with employer match; meal benefits; and various discounts across hotel services including restaurants, the gift shop, and spa services. Additional perks include paid time off, travel discounts through Go Hilton, and educational programs such as tuition reimbursement and the Guild Education Program. This robust benefits package complements the vibrant work environment and underscores The Roosevelt’s commitment to fostering a positive and supportive workplace culture. Overall, this role invites motivated candidates to contribute to a legendary hotel’s legacy while growing their skills in a dynamic and culturally rich setting that values quality, productivity, dependability, customer focus, and adaptability.
