Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- greet guests upon arrival and manage reservation system
- escort guests to their tables promptly and courteously
- manage waiting lists and provide accurate wait time estimates
- coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth dining operations
- handle guest inquiries and resolve seating issues professionally
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess station
- support food and beverage team with additional tasks as needed
