Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age or 18 years or older if serving alcohol
- Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests
- Reliability and punctuality
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with a passion for guest service
- Basic familiarity with reservation systems or phone etiquette
Job Duties
- Set the stage for an exceptional dining experience by guiding guests safely and professionally to their tables while engaging in warm and friendly conversation
- Demonstrate genuine hospitality during every interaction including over the phone and in person
- Provide accurate wait times, direct guests to restrooms, take reservations, receive to-go orders, and answer questions
- Create positive first impressions that build guest loyalty
- Be a team player with a can-do attitude to deliver 100 percent guest satisfaction
