Old Chicago is currently hiring for the role of Host/Hostess, a vital position that embodies the spirit of hospitality and first-class customer service. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age or 18 years or older if serving alcohol
  • Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is a plus

  • Basic familiarity with reservation systems or phone etiquette

Job Duties

  • Set the stage for an exceptional dining experience by guiding guests safely and professionally to their tables while engaging in warm and friendly conversation
