Old Chicago is currently hiring Hosts and Hostesses on a part-time and full-time basis. This role is vital to maintaining the restaurant's warm and inviting atmosphere by being the "first and last impression" guests experience when they enter and leave. As a host or hostess, you will guide guests safely and professionally to their tables while engaging in friendly, genuine hospitality. You will handle reservations, take to-go orders, answer guest inquiries, and provide accurate wait times either in person or over the phone. Your enthusiasm and positive attitude will contribute directly to guest satisfaction and loyalty.
