- prior experience in guest service or hospitality preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- excellent communication skills
- ability to multitask and work under pressure
- availability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends

- passion for customer service and hospitality
- familiarity with reservation management systems is a plus
Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and warmly
- escort guests to their tables
- manage reservations and seat guests efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting area
- assist in managing wait times and guest flow
- communicate effectively with service staff and guests
- ensure guest satisfaction from arrival to seating
