Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in guest service or hospitality preferred
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • availability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
  • friendly and professional demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • team player with a guest-first attitude
  • passion for customer service and hospitality
  • familiarity with reservation management systems is a plus

Job Duties

  • Greet guests promptly and warmly
  • escort guests to their tables
  • manage reservations and seat guests efficiently
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting area
  • assist in managing wait times and guest flow
  • communicate effectively with service staff and guests
  • ensure guest satisfaction from arrival to seating
