Known for its commitment to quality service and professional excellence, Miami Members Hospitality LLC upholds a warm, inviting environment for both guests and staff. The company prides itself on fostering a culture of professionalism, attentiveness, and dedication to the art of hospitality, making it a leader in the luxury dining and club industry in the Miami area and beyond.

The Host position at SEIA represents a crucial role within Miami Members Hospitality LLC's front-of-house team, focusing on ensuring a seamless and welcoming arrival experience for every guest. This role is pivotal in shaping guests' first impressions, where the host manages greetings, reservations, and seating flow with precision and warmth. Serving both the restaurant and club environments, the Host collaborates closely with the Lead Host and front-of-house leadership to maintain smooth operational flow and uphold SEIA’s high standards of service.

A day in the life of a Host at SEIA involves a combination of interpersonal skills, organizational expertise, and an acute awareness of the service environment. Greeting guests with professionalism and warmth sets the tone for their entire visit, while accurately managing reservations and waitlists through platforms like OpenTable or Resy ensures an efficient seating process. Escorting guests to their tables with poise, maintaining an awareness of pacing and guest comfort, and supporting the overall seating flow are critical elements of the role. Communication is key, as the Host must effectively coordinate with the service team to guarantee seamless guest transitions and consistent service throughout the dining experience.

In addition to operational tasks, the Host at SEIA anticipates guest needs and promptly addresses requests or concerns to provide attentive and thoughtful service. Handling guest information such as VIP status, allergies, and special requests requires discretion and professionalism. Moreover, the Host is responsible for the cleanliness and organization of the host stand, entrance, waiting areas, and menus, ensuring that all guest-facing materials are current, well-stocked, and presented with care.

This role demands flexibility, requiring availability during nights, weekends, and holidays to meet the dynamic needs of the hospitality environment. Candidates for the Host position should demonstrate a genuine passion for hospitality, a polished and welcoming demeanor, strong communication skills, organizational ability, and the composure necessary to thrive in a fast-paced setting. The position offers the opportunity to engage directly with guests and contribute significantly to the overall hospitality experience within one of Miami's most reputable companies.

Miami Members Hospitality LLC offers a supportive and inclusive work environment where employees are respected and empowered to succeed. As an Equal Opportunity Employer, the company adheres strictly to the Americans with Disabilities Act, providing reasonable accommodations to employees as needed. Privacy, tact, and discretion are valued traits for employees, maintaining the company's esteemed reputation in all interactions.
