We are currently seeking talented and motivated Hosts and Hostesses to join our vibrant front-of-house team. A Host or Hostess at Real Seafood will be responsible for warmly greeting and seating guests, managing the reception area, and handling reservations with professionalism and attentiveness. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
  • excellent verbal communication skills
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • basic computer skills for reservation management
  • ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure
