Job Duties
- greet guests warmly as they enter the diner
- manage guest seating and maintain the waitlist
- handle reservations and coordinate seating arrangements
- communicate effectively with kitchen and waitstaff to optimize service flow
- maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area
- assist guests with inquiries or special requests
- manage high-volume periods efficiently
