This role is integral to setting the tone for the guest experience by providing friendly, accommodating, and respectful service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Hosts are the first point of contact for guests, responsible for managing reservations, greeting and seating guests, and ensuring a smooth flow of the dining area. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to participate in training and development programs
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

- Prior restaurant experience preferred

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and promptly
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
- Escort guests to their tables while ensuring comfort
- Provide menu information and answer guest inquiries
- Coordinate with the kitchen and waitstaff to optimize guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and entrance area
- Handle guest concerns and escalate issues as appropriate
