Job Requirements

Open availability including nights, weekends, and event days
ability to stand and walk for long periods
ability to lift up to 25 lbs
must adhere to Levy's Responsible Alcohol Service policies
ability to use POS and reservation systems
1 year of hospitality or customer service experience preferred
strong communication and organizational skills

Job Qualifications

Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
strong communication and organizational skills
ability to operate POS and reservation systems
knowledge of floor plans and server sections beneficial
ability to follow venue guidelines and responsible alcohol service policies
comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
excellent people skills and guest service orientation

Job Duties

Greet and seat guests with courtesy and professionalism
operate reservation and table management system
maintain knowledge of the floor plan, server sections, and daily specials
accommodate special requests such as high chairs and coats
communicate guest feedback to management and support waitstaff
escort guests and assist with menu distribution and cleanliness
support service team by clearing tables and removing glassware as needed
