Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Strong organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival
  • Manage reservation and seating arrangements efficiently
  • Provide accurate wait time estimates
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and entrance area
  • Assist guests with special requests and accommodations
  • Coordinate with servers and management to optimize service flow
  • Promote a positive and welcoming environment for guests and staff
