Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ability to read and speak English
- flexible schedule to work weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 lbs
- reliable and punctual
- customer-oriented mindset

- knowledge of food and beverage service etiquette

Job Duties
- Welcomes each member with a friendly greeting and escorts to their assigned table
- seats members in station rotation while maintaining member lists and following/enforcing check issue procedures
- assists with side work and/or assisting service staff with bussing tables, taking cocktail orders, etc.
- retains knowledge of all menu items, prices and general service procedures
- responsible for standards of appearance and cleanliness in all service areas
- remains visible on the dining room floor and is easily accessible to members, staff and management
- checks all tables before service to ensure proper settings
- communicates member requests and concerns to the department manager
- incorporates safe work practices in job performance
- regular and reliable attendance
- performs other duties as required by supervisor
