  • prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • excellent verbal communication skills
  • availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and promptly
  • manage guest seating and waitlists efficiently
  • ensure a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the front-of-house
  • communicate effectively with restaurant staff and management
  • handle guest inquiries and address concerns courteously
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
  • support opening and closing procedures as needed
