Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to work as part of a team

Ability to communicate clearly and pleasantly

Basic math skills for handling tips

Job Duties

Serving as the customer's first impression
Greeting all incoming customers
Assisting customers to find a table
Managing the order of waiting customers
Stocking and maintaining the self-service coffee bar
Distributing menus
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host area
