Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age or 18 years or older if serving alcohol
  • Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Willingness to follow company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is beneficial
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members
  • Basic knowledge of reservation and seating software is a plus

Job Duties

  • Set the stage for an exceptional dining experience by guiding guests safely and professionally through the dining room to their table while engaging in warm and friendly conversation
  • Demonstrate genuine hospitality during every interaction whether over the phone or in person
  • Provide accurate wait times, direct guests to restrooms, take reservations, receive to-go orders, or answer questions
  • Create positive first impressions that build loyalty in return guests
  • Be a team player with a can-do attitude to deliver 100% guest satisfaction
